Show History

Personal and Political began in the summer of 2005.

At the invitation of Bon Kelly and Bert Klunder, then General and Operations Managers, respectively, at WGDR 91.1 FM Plainfield, Vermont, Stephanie Fraser took over the Monday morning spot after Democracy Now!.

From 11 am until 1 pm, every Monday morning, Personal and Political hosts discussions on a wide variety of subjects: energy, nuclear weapons policy, war, peace, sustainability, art exhibits in the Eliot Pratt Library on Goddard College Campus.

Personal and Political is a volunteer program on a college-community hybrid radio station, WGDR 91.1 FM Plainfield and WGDH 91.7 Hardwick. It is streamed live on wgdr.org.

Stephanie Fraser has been an activist on nuclear issues for nearly 25 years, and participates in the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Review process by developing communication and media models.
